TTPFP respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. All profile pictures accessed through our Service are fetched directly from TikTok's public content delivery network and remain the property of their respective owners.

TTPFP does not host, store, or cache any TikTok profile pictures on our servers. We act as an intermediary that provides links to publicly available content hosted by TikTok/ByteDance. When you download a profile picture, you are downloading it directly from TikTok's CDN servers.

TikTok profile pictures are publicly visible and accessible to anyone on the TikTok platform. Our Service merely provides a convenient way to view and save these publicly available images. We believe this constitutes fair use under applicable copyright laws, as:

• The purpose is transformative (providing a download tool for publicly available content)
• We do not alter or modify the original images
• We do not host or reproduce the content on our own servers
• The tool does not affect the market value of the original content
